Catherine Coleman is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Coach, and published author who helps individuals achieve their goals in academia, careers, and life. She will meet you where you are to help you get to where you want to be. With a background in teaching, coaching, and hypnosis, Catherine is uniquely qualified to help clients change, grow, and evolve in their lives.
Catherine's journey to becoming a hypnotherapist and coach began in a one-stoplight town in Oklahoma. From volunteering in Mexico with doctors aiding the sick to teaching in private language schools, community colleges, state colleges, and universities, Catherine has always had a passion for making a difference in the world.
After experiencing extreme personal loss during the pandemic, Catherine began a deep dive into her life's purpose and goals. This led her to attend the Hypnosis Motivational Institute, an accredited vocational college in Southern California, where she gained extensive knowledge in accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis and training using EFT, NLP, CBT, and guided imagery to facilitate change.
Catherine's approach is grounded in kindness, empathy, and respect for each client's unique journey. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve their full potential. Catherine understands that every person's journey is different, and she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
